Located in the Riverview neighborhood located on the back side of the Grays Harbor College off of Lincoln Avenue. It offers a nice new play structure and fenced in basketball court.
The L.V. & Stella Raymond Memorial Park, often referred to,”8th Street”, is located off of Franklin & 8th Streets across from the Willapa Landing Park. There are two softball fields, a playground, tennis court, basketball court, picnic tables and restrooms. This is also the location of the new “Timber Trax” Pump track!
The new “Timber Trax” Pump track is now open. This exciting new addition to L.V. & Stella Raymond Memorial Park provides a unique outdoor recreation for all ages to stay active and enjoy healthy outdoor recreation. This track is funded through WA State RCO grant funding and match by L.V. & Stella Raymond Memorial. It is an ADA friendly track designed to welcome all wheel types with a continuous looping circuit of smooth asphalt, featuring rolling bumps, curved banked turns, tunnels, and bridges. This is an unsupervised facility and children under the age of 12 must be supervised. Riders must follow the rules listed and ride at their own risk!
The Willapa Landing Park is located on the the Willapa River off of Franklin Street, directly across from the L.V. & Raymond Stella Memorial Park. It once offered a boat launch, however, no longer accessible for motorized boats. The location has public restrooms and a dock. If you follow the river, there is a second dock some like to fish from and a grass & gravel path known as the “wetland trail” that leads out to a dead end in the tidal areas that is a fun area for spying ducks and geese and hear many chirping birds!
Located off Alder Street in downtown Raymond, next to the Carriage Museum. This park offers a dock, Kayak Launch, outdoor amphitheater, picnic tables and restrooms.
Located downtown Raymond next to the Raymond Pool and Library. This park offers swings and a rustic playground built with concrete and a picnic area. Restrooms are located one block down 5th Street at the visitor information center.
This pond is a juvenile fishing favorite! Located on Henkle Street headed towards Menlo. The Lion’s club maintains this pond. It is often stocked with trout and offers a fishing dock.
